SUMMARY OF POSITION
**_
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_**- Followsand understands project instructions and plans from construction managers or supervisors

Effectively uses construction tools and equipment to complete daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Cleans and clears debris
Safely operates a variety of tools including rollers, saws, whackers, shoveling, checking grades, laying pipe and raking stone
Ensures construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
Follows all safety regulations when operating equipment and wears appropriate PPE on site (proper headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothes)
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as needed

_ REQUIREMENTS_

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook
Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
