    Description

    Job Title: Corporate Credit Management Analyst

    Company Overview: Our company is a leading financial institution with a strong presence in North America, dedicated to providing top-notch services to our corporate clients.

    Key Role Description:

    The Corporate Credit Management Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the credit quality and risk management of our corporate client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Manage and monitor credit quality of assigned corporate clients
    • Evaluate clients and transactions for risk-related changes
    • Prepare credit memoranda for various account activities
    • Coordinate credit process among different teams
    • Maintain portfolio-related reports and interactions
    • Collaborate with auditors and other bank branches
    • Attend meetings and client calls with Relationship Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Strong financial statement analysis skills
    • Knowledge of banking products and practices
    • Projection and modeling skills
    • Proficient in Word and Excel
    • 2 - 5 years of corporate banking experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master in Finance
    • CFA qualification or candidacy
    • Completion of formal credit training courses
