    Description

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, including website development, digital marketing, online sales, and customer experience.
    • Lead and manage the e-commerce team, ensuring team goals are achieved and performance is improved.
    • Supervise website operations, including content management, user experience, and technical support, to ensure website functionality and provide a good user experience.
    • Manage digital marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing, to increase brand awareness and online sales.
    • Manage online sales channels, collaborate with third-party platforms, and optimize sales processes to increase sales efficiency and profits.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze data and metrics, formulate reports and recommendations to improve e-commerce operations and increase sales revenue.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.
    • More than 5 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, with management experience preferred.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Magento, Shopify, WordPress, etc.
    • Excellent team leadership and communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to formulate and execute effective e-commerce strategies.
    • Familiar with internet industry trends and best practices, with innovative thinking and a willingness to learn continuously.

    $100, $120,000.00 per year
