Welcome to Konstantin We are an outpatient specialized nursing service and part of the Bonitas Care Group. For many years, we have been supporting people in need of all ages and their families.

Now, we are looking for you to join our management team at our residential community "Haus Konstantin" in North River Shores, FL.

Here, we offer 18 elderly individuals a suitable alternative to traditional nursing homes with a family-like atmosphere.


To strengthen our dedicated management team, we are looking for a motivated Deputy House Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


What you bring:


You are a good fit for us if you have completed training in the fields of health and nursing, pediatric nursing, or elderly care, and are able to work freely and creatively while taking responsibility for our clients, employees, families, and our nursing service.

Additional qualifications in home management and management experience would be desirable, but are NOT REQUIRED.


Your diverse range of tasks:

  • Ensuring highquality care and implementation of MD inspection guidelines
  • Personnel management, planning, and development
  • Shift planning
  • You are the contact person for clients and their families
  • Public relations
  • Varied tasks as a liaison between nursing and nursing management
