Customer Support Specialist (M/F/d) - Service for Energy Industries - Limited Contract in Old Greenwich, CT

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Energy Industries customers and business partners in Germany.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Service Cluster, you will utilize your customer service skills and knowledge to support the service team by responding to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer orders from start to finish, including cost control and clarification
Obtaining quotes from established suppliers and monitoring deadlines
Processing orders and shipping requests for specific countries or groups
Monitoring and collecting payments
Performing administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Vocational training in Business Administration
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial order processing
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Highly flexible and committed
Collaborative and solutionoriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Proactive and agile approach, with the ability to take ownership of customer issues
Fluent in English and German
