For our department "Benefits," we are currently seeking a Specialist for Occupational Pension Plans (m/f/d) to join our team in West Liberty, KY.

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the focus of our working groups:

Focus on analyzing new insolvencies:

You will gather the necessary documents for examining pension obligations.
You will communicate with insolvency administrators, companies, service providers, and other external pension providers.
You will research the company history of insolvent companies using commercial register extracts, articles of association, internet research, etc.
You will evaluate insolvencies based on relevant pension regulations and determine key figures for further processing.

Focus on securing the claims of pension beneficiaries:

You will create a detailed evaluation of pension regulations.
You will verify if employees of insolvent companies are entitled to occupational pension plans.
You will calculate the amount of occupational pension for eligible beneficiaries.
You will communicate with pension beneficiaries, insolvency administrators, employers, courts, and external pension providers.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
You have previous professional experience in the field of occupational pension plans or life insurance.
You enjoy working analytically, conceptually, and with high demands.
You are a team player, able to independently handle complex matters and communicate them clearly, and take initiative.
You have a good command of Office applications.
