**HR Leave Administration Specialist**
Hybrid Position in Winston Salem, NC (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
**Duration:** 4 Month Assignment
**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
**Pay Rate:** $ 23.90/hr
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Responding to inquiries related to Leave of Absence (LOA), FMLA, and Accommodations.
+ Triaging LOA/FMLA cases by sending Notice of Eligibility of Rights and Responsibilities, FMLA Designation Notices.
+ Indexing and distributing Medical Records tasks in Salesforce.
+ Completing verification requests.
+ Conducting Quality Assurance reviews.
**Must-Have Skills/Prior Experiences:**
+ 2+ years of HR /Leave Administration experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce.
+ Ability to handle competing priorities with attention to detail.
**Nice-to-Have Skills/Prior Experiences:**
+ Experience with Workday.
**Pay Details:** $23.94 per hour
