- Responding to inquiries related to Leave of Absence (LOA), FMLA, and Accommodations.
- Triaging LOA/FMLA cases by sending Notice of Eligibility of Rights and Responsibilities, FMLA Designation Notices.
- Indexing and distributing Medical Records tasks in Salesforce.
- Completing verification requests.
- Conducting Quality Assurance reviews.
- 2 years of HR /Leave Administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce.
- Ability to handle competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience with Workday.

HR Leave Administration Specialist
Hybrid Position in Winston Salem, NC (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Duration: 4 Month Assignment
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $ 23.90/hr
