    Description

    Job Title: Sr. Sourcing Manager / Procurement Specialist

    Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 HYBRID

    Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of full time)

    Pay Rate: $65 hr on W2

    Job Description:

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting senior leaders, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and proactively mitigating risks. Opportunity to use your skills and experience to nurture relationships and develop strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders on a new team.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration

    Knowledge of Procurement leading practices

    Strong relationship management and business development abilities

    Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Demonstrated project management skills

    Well-developed management and leadership skills

    Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels across the company

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

    Eight to ten years of experience in procurement contract activities
