- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to understand business objectives and develop People & Culture plans that align with regional and global goals.
- Employee Relations: Oversee all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Governance of P&C Operations: A subject matter expert on employment legislation to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all People & Culture practices and procedures.
- Local Implementation of Global Initiatives and Projects: Work closely with global People & Culture teams to implement and tailor initiatives for the NORAM region. Opportunities for collaboration with other regional Business Partners across the globe on projects.
- Regional People Agenda: Drive the regional people agenda, focusing on talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Operational Set-Up: Lead the People & Culture-related operational set-up and integration of new entities and offices within the NORAM region.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a complex, matrixed, and global environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in the NORAM region.
- Have executive presence, gravitas and stakeholder management / partnering as a subject matter expert.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrixed organization.

Reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner in our global headquarters based in Oxford, UK, you'll be part of a team is all about aiming for excellence, continuous improvement, and driving progress in a complex, matrixed environment. We value strategic thinking, a hands-on, roll-your-sleeves up attitude, and a collaborative approach.
As the People & Culture Business Partner for the NORAM region, you will work closely with our NORAM leaders across various business functions to drive the regional people agenda, manage employee relations and support our employees' growth and success. Your role will be pivotal in aligning People & Culture strategies with business goals and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
