- Architect cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on Azure/MS365, adhering to industry best practices.
- Maintain and support a Citrix Cloud environment with over 300 virtual desktops.
- Implement security best practices, including patch management and incident response.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments to identify and address security issues.
- Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to cyber threats promptly.
- Train staff on cloud computing best practices and technologies to enhance cloud adoption.
- Plan, implement, and manage resources for complex virtual network systems.
- Develop virtual network documentation, including logical designs, version management, and IP schemas in collaboration with the network team.
- Provide advanced Tier II/III support for virtual network issues, including configuration, routing, performance, software bugs, and hardware failures.
- Collaborate with the Systems Director on network planning, architecture design, and engineering.
- Offer on-site technical support while managing user expectations.
- Handle Help Desk tickets, providing solutions and assistance to end users.
- Participate in after-hours on-call support on a rotating schedule.
- Document all completed work in service desk tickets (Zendesk, DevOps, or other tools).
- Research new technologies and develop prototypes to reduce costs and enhance performance.
- Create and update network and systems documentation.
- Provide Tier I/II/III support for network and cloud issues, including configuration, routing, performance, software bugs, and hardware failures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure-related vendors, including financial management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience with infrastructure (desktops, servers, AD, DNS, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, 2FA, MS365, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, data, and applications) to deliver comprehensive cloud infrastructure architectures and designs.
- Proficient in scripting.
- Proven ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with Citrix/Citrix Cloud, Mimecast, major databases, and security tools (Defender, Carbon Black, etc.) through training or hands-on experience.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki or equivalent systems.

Job Description:
In this dynamic and high-energy position, you'll assist our client in integrating cloud technologies. You'll design, implement, and support both on-premises and cloud infrastructures across various environments. This role also includes end-user support for a range of modern and legacy systems. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the functionality of desktop/laptop computers, networks (both wired and wireless), cloud environments (Azure, Citrix), printers, and other peripherals, ensuring users are fully operational.
