- Data Analysis: Analyze demand patterns, market dynamics, and historical sales data to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy.
- Lead Time Management: Assess lead times for procurement and production processes to factor into demand planning, ensuring timely product availability.
- Reporting: Generate and communicate regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and related KPIs to stakeholders.
