About the Role:

Join our team at OneCause and be part of our mission to support cause-driven organizations in enhancing their message and increasing fundraising efforts with user-friendly solutions. We were pioneers in 2007 with mobile bidding and now provide various solutions for online giving, event management, mobile bidding, and peer-to-peer fundraising for nonprofits.

As a part-time, seasonal position, you will assist our clients during on-site events, mainly held on Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional midweek events at various locations.

Candidate Responsibilities:

Execute OneCause events on location
Collaborate with OneCause staff, such as Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff
Manage OneCause technology, including proprietary software, laptops, and iPads
Support Event Manager with client expectations
Assist in troubleshooting software in real-time
Review and update client auction and guest data as needed
Ensure optimal use of software to maximize event revenue

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of in-person customer service experience
Strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and public speaking)
Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive with a high level of initiative
Familiarity with web-based and smartphone technology
Basic knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting hardware devices

Bonus Points:

Flexibility in scheduling
Previous experience in events, non-profits, or fundraising
Experience with web-based software

The hourly rate for this role is $25 per hour.
