    Description

    Our client, a prestigious law firm is seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their growing team in DC.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate internal communications for partner candidate submissions and growth initiatives.
    • Manage interview scheduling for lateral partners and senior counsel, ensuring timely updates and confirmations.
    • Welcome candidates, escort them to interview rooms, and facilitate virtual interviews when necessary.
    • Collaborate with VTC and IT teams to ensure seamless virtual interview setups.
    • Oversee partner process logistics, ensuring efficiency and accurate data capture.
    • Coordinate conference room reservations and maintain related documentation.
    • Develop and maintain charts and reports for applicant tracking and market intelligence.
    • Ensure proper preparation and organization of documents in iManage.
    • Facilitate firm and market research projects, compiling data in user-friendly formats.
    • Maintain iManage workspace, including saving docs/emails and organization of files.
    • Handle search firm fee agreement process, including execution and tracking.
    • Assist in training new team members and compile pitch materials for proactive searches.
    • Support candidate processing in SilkRoad and UltiPro, and update forms as needed.
    • Contribute to special projects as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree required in relevant field.
    • Law firm experience required.
    • 2+ years of experience.
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS suite.
