Home Care Marketing Director

We are seeking a vibrant outgoing individual who is good at building relationships with people.

As a Home Care Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will help us grow our business and promote our services to potential clients online, in nursing homes, hospitals, etc.

You will be responsible for overseeing our marketing department. Job will have a base salary of $65,000.

Responsibilities:

Travel on the road is required, reliable transportation needed
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home care services to potential clients and referral sources.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Work closely with the team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Collaborate to develop and implement marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee the marketing department to ensure all staff are completing their job as required.
Continue to expand our coverage territory.
