We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with exceptional relationship-building skills.

As the Home Care Marketing Director, you will lead the charge in developing and executing dynamic marketing strategies to propel our business forward and connect our services with prospective clients across various platforms, including online channels, nursing homes, hospitals, and more.

In addition to spearheading our marketing efforts, you will also oversee our talented marketing team.

In this role, you will receive a competitive base salary of $65,000, complemented by an enticing commission structure.

Responsibilities:

Embrace a dynamic role that involves travel, requiring reliable transportation.
Lead and guide our marketing department and team of marketers.
Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at effectively promoting our home care services to both potential clients and referral sources.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Foster close collaboration within the team to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key referral sources, such as physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Collaborate on the creation and deployment of impactful marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to refine strategies as needed.
Maintain diligent oversight of the marketing department to ensure all team members fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
Drive the expansion of our coverage territory, contributing to the continual growth of our business.

From $70,000.00 per year
