For our location in Nünchritz, we are looking for a workshop team leader (m/f/d) within the maintenance department, for the VT workshop.


Your tasks:


  • Ensuring maintenance services for the respective support area in accordance with guidelines, regulations, and legal requirements
  • Coordination, execution, and optimization of work orders
  • Support in restoring plant availability
  • Technical leadership of assigned employees (m/f/d)
  • Liaison between operations, technical support, maintenance coordinators, and workshop
  • Processing of individual plant orders (EWA)

Your profile:


  • Completed technical vocational training with further training as a master (m/f/d) or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance
  • Experience in team or personnel management
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and technical standards
  • Basic knowledge of business administration and good IT and SAP skills
