Xcel Fire Protection, Inc.

located in Southern New Hampshire with business operations primarily in Massachusetts & Southern NH is seeking a full time, experienced, motivated, Fire Protection Service Director to operate and manage our Service and Inspection Division.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Scheduling of Inspections, Repairs, Proposal Work and Emergencies
Drive Inspection Performance by maintaining strict compliance with Code Standards and Laws
Deficiency Reporting & Estimating
Client Development – Lead Development and Client Retention
Material Procurement
Maintain and/or Improve Department Profitability
Training Program and Educational Development of Service Team
Vendor Relationships – Assist in establishing new and maintaining Supplier Relationships
Collaboration with Installation Team

Requirements:

Management Experience - 5 years experience working as a Supervisor or Manager in Fire Protection preferred
NFPA Code 13/25 Certifications and Demonstrated Compliance Experience
MA Journeyman License and/or MA Contractor License
Client Development Experience
NFPA Inspection Software, Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books Pro Experience
Professional Self Starter - work both independently and cohesively with Management Team
Detail oriented, analytical, and organized
Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation:

Xcel Fire Protection offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience including Family Health & Dental, 401k Match & Profit Sharing, Paid Vacation & Personal Time.
