Responsibilities:


  • Operational work in the returns department, with a focus on return processing
  • Planning and implementing measures for continuous process improvement in the returns process, as well as organizing, managing, and monitoring operational logistics processes
  • Contributing to the achievement of defined logistics goals
  • Managing employee schedules
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting the returns system
  • Acting as a point of contact and liaison for employees in the returns department and for troubleshooting measures
  • Assisting with maintaining order, ensuring workplace safety, and training employees

Requirements:


  • Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or training as a warehouse logistics specialist with experience in mail order
  • Ability to understand complex relationships and identify, analyze, and evaluate them according to the causeandeffect principle
  • Experience with automated, interconnected conveyor technology or processing systems is an advantage
  • Independent and conscientious work ethic
  • Assertiveness and strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office), Mailplus/AS400
  • Sense of responsibility and strong analytical thinking skills
