Responsibilities:


  • Managing and technically leading various development projects while considering agreed project goals (quality, budget, timelines)
  • Capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing technical requirements in complex environments mastering the project content
  • Professional interface management between departments, customers, and external suppliers
  • Consistent implementation of internal and external process requirements according to Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, etc.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential project risks, including developing countermeasures and supporting customer assessments
  • Managing and monitoring team performance to achieve defined goals
  • Ensuring project success through active change and release management, as well as representing customer interests internally
  • Organizing and moderating meetings/workshops
  • Continuously improving development processes

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
