    What awaits you?

    We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and empathetic Resident Lifestyle Assistant (Activity Assistant) to join our top retirement community, Cogir of Northgate Memory Care.

    As a Resident Lifestyle Assistant, you will assist the Resident Lifestyle Director in planning and organizing a wide range of engaging activities for our residents on a daily basis.

    We are currently seeking full-time candidates for the day shift, with availability every other weekend.

    Responsibilities as a Resident Lifestyle Assistant:

    • Engage residents through various activities
    • Lead or assist in organizing social, educational, and recreational activities
    • Conduct games, exercises, art classes, and outings
    • Support in creating and distributing the monthly newsletter
    • Encourage resident participation and document progress
    • Collaborate with the Resident Lifestyle Director as needed

    If you possess these qualifications, we want to hear from you:

    • Positive and team-oriented mindset
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills and empathy
    • Minimum of 6 months experience working with seniors
    • Experience in memory care is a bonus
    • Ability to work independently and follow schedules
    • Stay composed in challenging situations and show respect to residents
    • Prior experience in senior living is advantageous
    • Valid state driver's license
