My Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for regional key accounts for all customer service matters
  • Responsible for the entire customer life cycle of key accounts in own area of responsibility
  • Liaison with various departments to achieve optimal customer experience
  • Calculation of expansion offers in collaboration with sales

My Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent understanding of customer needs and indepth knowledge of customer service processes
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • Goaloriented and ability to prioritize effectively
