- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Bachelor?s Degree with coursework in human resources: Preferred
- Four years of HR experience: Preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - Preferred
- Knowledge of basic LOA laws; FMLA, Med Leave and coverage details.
- Must be Tech savvy; Ability to pick up new software programs quickly and navigate effectively through multiple screens.
- Experience providing Best in Class Customer Service.
