As a Manual Machinist with us, you'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to projects that make a significant impact. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with manual lathes, manual turret lathes, and manual mills. They will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Operate manual lathes, manual turret lathes, and manual mills to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up and adjust machines as necessary to achieve the desired results.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are operating efficiently.
Inspect finished components to verify conformance to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manual Machinist.
- Proficiency with manual lathes, manual turret lathes, and manual mills.
- strong understanding of machining principles and techniques.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 25lbs
- working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
