Responsibilities:

  • Renting office properties in Munich and the surrounding area
  • Acquiring properties, projects, and new clients
  • Advising and supporting our clients in property searches and contract negotiations
  • Developing usage and marketing concepts as well as location analyses
  • Creating real estate strategies for our clients
  • Acquisition and consulting for exclusive search and rental contracts
  • Negotiating rental agreements until signing
  • Designing and implementing marketing measures
  • Analyzing the Munich office real estate market
  • High level of personal responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree with a focus on real estate or a commercial real estate education
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of commercial real estate and working with clients
  • Strong acquisition skills and interest in independently building customer relationships
  • Serviceoriented and confident demeanor
  • Team player with high selfinitiative
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally Estate Pro
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Munich and the surrounding area
  • Creating presentations with our inhouse marketing department
  • Good time management
  • Creativity, sociability, handson mentality
