    Description

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    Assists in the development, implementation and administration of all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, training and development, benefit administration and associate relations activities, relating to all hotel personnel.

    Assist with pre-selection activities, including recruiting, reference checks, onboarding, etc., to ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

    Assist with benefits enrollment

    Conduct training to include new hire orientation and other training as necessary

    Assist with employee relations to include associate recognition.

    Assist with bi-weekly payroll, to include payroll edit entry as necessary

    This position requires the ability to read, write and speak Spanish.
    Previous human resources experience or previous hotel experience required.
    Prefer Marriott brand experience.
