As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Assistant.


As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.

This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.


Responsibilities include:


  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, data entry.
  • Assisting with HRrelated inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Certification / Certificate, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing) Preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or administrative role is a plus.

$ $22.00 per hour
