- Previous experience of at least front desk receptionist in a dental office is required
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties and dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic Dental record systems
- Bilingual strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish
- Customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology is an asset Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect copayments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely checkin and checkout processes

Description
Bilingual Dental Patient Care Coordinator (English & Spanish) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Compensation will be based and proportional to the candidate's experience. Minimum base pay starts at $18.00/hr with minimal experience and goes up from there. Candidates without previous dental experience will be rejected .Work days needed:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and some Thursdays. Hours 7:30am to 5:00pm or until finished for the day and Thursdays 7:30am - 1:00pm.
