    Responsibilities:
    Obtain bids on projects from Subcontractors and Suppliers.
    Foster communication with clients and architects.
    Oversee and facilitate the training of new Estimators, as required.
    Examine estimates for data completeness and ensure adherence to procedures.
    Analyze project plans and specifications; coordinate with the team for a comprehensive scope.
    Negotiate with Subcontractors for more favorable prices.
    Secure multiple bids for each scope, selecting the most fitting for the project.
    Understand estimating scope, schedule of execution, structure, and report formats.
    Review subcontractor estimates for thoroughness and alignment with the project's physical scope.
    Support project teams in addressing estimating challenges, including cost, schedule, and changes.

    Qualifications:
    A Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
    Prior supervisory or project leadership roles in a construction setting is an advantage.
    10-15 years of experience in the commercial construction sector.
    Outstanding organizational, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership competencies.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
