    Job Description

    As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for concrete construction projects, overcoming obstacles, and offering continuous cost estimate support to operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare estimates for construction projects
    • Identify and quantify construction elements
    • Analyze and scope vendors/suppliers for optimal value
    • Create proposals and bid forms
    • Research construction history and techniques
    • Develop relationships with clients
    • Provide data to marketing and operations teams

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, accounting, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating or a related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs and estimating software (Timberline, UScost, WinEst)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and safety requirements
