Responsibilities:
Strong understanding and knowledge of individual, C corp, S corp, and Partnerships
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
Review and analyze financial reports to interpret tax implications
Prepare and review tax returns ( we need someone hands on)
Client interactions and meetings
NO cpa required
Prior Public Accounting firm experience a MUST
