    Description


    Hire Resolve's client , a reputable and growing CPA Firm, is seeking a talented Tax Manager to join their team.

    As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the tax practice area, delivering high-quality tax services, and enhancing the firm's reputation.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the tax practice area, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive tax services
    Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients
    Review and analyze complex tax returns, identifying and mitigating tax risks
    Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates
    Participate in business development activities to expand client base

    Requirements
    CPA license is required
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
    Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Strong leadership and communication abilities
    Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
    Willingness to travel occasionally as needed

    Benefits

    Salary:
    $100K/yr - $125K/yr, salary negotiable
    Paid time off (PTO)
