JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Support Analyst, you will lead the charge in delivering top-tier technical support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging intricate supply chain software solutions. Harness the latest technologies to anticipate and swiftly resolve technical challenges post-implementation, stepping in when standard product support falls short. Drive quality assurance through meticulous code review and comprehensive reporting of design, reliability, and maintenance issues to the engineering team. Spearhead innovation by crafting custom modifications, conceptualizing new functionalities, resolving coding glitches, and fine-tuning system configurations.
