    Certco, Inc in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to help manage our Femrite Dr. location's third shift receiving operations.

    You'll oversee the seamless flow of grocery distribution, champion our commitment to safety, and help drive performance to new levels.

    Schedule:
    Sunday–Thursday 9:30pm-6:30am

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities for warehouse employees, which includes monitoring workflow and daily productivity.

    Ensures the accuracy and integrity of inventory movement by monitoring WMS system. Monitors team members' productivity and work quality, and manages performance. Ensures compliance with all safety programs and ensures a strong culture of safety in the warehouse.

    Direct and control all functions within the facility by managing the workforce and ensuring a highly productive environment.
    Mentors team members through on-the-job training and coaching.
    Provides training and evaluation to equipment operators.
    Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.

    Communicates details on production directly to the Director of Warehousing and other shift leaders to ensure flow of production.

    Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Warehousing.

    Knowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving functions.
    Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.
    Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine.
    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    High school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills.
    ~Experience working with powered industrial equipment.
    ~ Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
    ~ T. and Logistics experience preferred.
    ~ Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
