- Manage a team of up 4-6 Quality Inspectors and Technicians- growing.
- Acts as delegated Quality Manager for ISO/ Quality Management System.
- Manage Receiving & Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Quality Assurance staff.
- Manage quality staff and provide support for the engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints.
- Provides quality metrics necessary to determine baseline levels and progress toward continuous improvement.
- Maintain a metrology system traceable to established standards and capable of calibration and repair of measurement equipment.
- Exhibits broad knowledge of company's mission and production goals.
- Demonstrates ability to think creatively.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Works well with a team.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing all areas of Quality Assurance to include the QMS, audits, inspections, data gathering and analysis, reporting, training and communication in accordance with established policies and procedures and contractual requirements.
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead a team of Quality Assurance Technicians and will be responsible for continuous improvement and training.
The Quality Assurance Manager will report directly to the General Manager.JOB DESCRIPTION
