- Develop and maintain Safe Quality Food Policies and Procedures, including oversight of HACCP, FSMA, and internal audits.
- Lead the preparation and execution of SQF, FDA, and third-party customer audits.
- Implement training programs focused on allergen awareness, food defense, and quality control for plant and warehouse staff.
- Engage in continuous improvement of quality testing and handling processes, including sensory evaluations against market competition.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 2-5 years in food and beverage manufacturing, with a preference for cookie/baking industry experience.
- Certifications: HACCP, PCQI, and SQF practitioner preferred.
- Strong command of MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Compensation and Benefits: Salary of $80K to $85K, quarterly KPI-based supervisor bonuses up to $1600, sign-on bonus, 401(K) eligibility after 1 year, insurance coverage starting after 60 days, and a longevity bonus.
