- Minimum of 2 years of Management Experience
- High School Diploma, with proficiency in Math, Organization, and Financial Software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism in all interactions
- Ability to build partnerships and close sales
- Focus on customer service and understanding customer needs
- Experience in statistical analysis preferred
- Availability to work weekends
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
