We are a company based in the Black Forest specializing in CNC machining and currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CNC specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce highly precise workpieces according to technical drawings and requirements. Knowledge of programming systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Selecting the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for optimal machining results.
  • Conducting quality checks during and after machining to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Maintaining and servicing CNC machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a machining mechanic, CNC specialist, or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
  • Thorough understanding of technical drawings and dimensional tolerances.
  • Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
