Description

Capron is looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree through the dual study program at the DHBW (Heidenheim or Ravensburg).

The program requires applicants to have a high school diploma or equivalent (admission test at DHBW is required). The program lasts for 6 semesters (3 years) and includes both theoretical and practical training. The practical training will take place at various departments and branches of Sparkasse Ulm.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with people, strong communication skills, empathy, and a sales-oriented mindset. They should also have an interest in business-related topics and possess planning and mathematical skills.

The main responsibilities of this role include providing financial advice to all types of customers, managing financial investments, processing loans and mortgages, and handling internal banking tasks such as planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring.
