    Description

    This is an entry-level position with a national multifamily developer. This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale multifamily projects and progress down the project manager career path.

    Description

    The Construction Project Engineer will be assisting with the following:

    • Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
    • Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
    • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
    • Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
    • Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
    • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
    • Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
    • Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution

    Profile

    A successful Construction Multifamily Project Engineer must have the following:

    • MUST HAVE - 2+ years of multifamily construction experience
    • 4 year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural Studies
    • Self-motivated individual
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and/or related construction management software
    • Experience on ground up multifamily or mixed use projects

    Job Offer

    Multifamily Project Engineer offer package includes but is not limited to:
