    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a background in structural concrete and steel to join a well-respected general contractor in their Nashville office which is going through a period of exciting growth.

    In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and project efficiency.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Site Management:
    Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols

    Scheduling:
    Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timely project completion

    Quality Control:
    Implement and enforce quality control measures, with a focus on structural concrete and steel construction standards

    Safety Oversight:
    Prioritize and enforce safety regulations on-site, fostering a culture of safety among all team members

    Communication:
    Provide regular updates to project management and collaborate with various stakeholders to address project challenges

    Qualifications:
    Relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction management, but not necessary.
    Extensive experience in on-site construction management, specializing in structural concrete and steel projects.
    Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects.
    Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
