- Managing multiple projects from start to completion, on time, within budget, and in scope.
- Oversee design, develop, testing, and implementation of one or more projects/solutions that satisfy the business requirements.
- Set deadlines, estimating resource needs, assign responsibilities, monitoring , and reporting on project progress to leadership.
- Manage multiple tasks associated with one or more projects.
- Write detailed specifications for multiple applications within at least one business area.
- Consult with users to ensure the following: McLane methodology is followed, requirements and design deliverables match the design specifications, test plans fit the requirements and test results correspond to test plans.
- Develop and test solutions using the McLane development tools and meet the McLane standards.
- Create implementation documentation; coordinate the implementation and post-implementation activities.
- Coordinate and validate the system-testing process and the user acceptance testing process.
- This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira), methodologies (SDLC/ Agile), and best practices.
- Experience with Agile Transformation, development of project management standards, and training other teammates.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, with matrixed teams.
- Managing programs, projects, and assignments independently that cross organizational boundaries for project teams, interlocks and/or environments.
- Have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent, related experience.
- Have at least 4 years of broad-based experience in specific and related disciplines of the business.
- Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Project Management Office (PMO).
- Be proficient with multiple development tools and multiple environments.
