- Assist in planning and prioritizing purchasing activities across teams.
- Review requisitions for accuracy, manage approval processes, and maintain purchase orders.
- Collaborate with vendors to process purchase orders efficiently.
- Track order acknowledgements, communicate order information, and liaise with internal teams regarding inventory and order status.
- Support supplier portal processes and validate vendor data.
- Develop procurement reports, resolve invoice discrepancies, and provide end-user training.
- Identify and implement procurement best practices and support audit requests.
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of Procurement or vendor relations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with ERP procurement modules.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
