- Share and recommend a wide range of banking resources with customers
- Meet individual goals through in-person interactions and outbound calls
- Assist customers with account services and needs-based product recommendations
- Refer customers to different banking teams based on their specific needs
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for solutions
- Perform various duties as assigned
- Ability to effectively communicate and motivate individuals
- Team-centric approach to assisting customers in a fast-paced banking environment
- Leadership skills to guide the branch team in the absence of a manager
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of customer-facing experience
- Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Familiarity with social media platforms for brand awareness
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training
- Support and guidance may be needed at other banking institutions within the market
