Insight Global is looking to fill an Application Architect to support a federal financial client of ours in a modernization project of tax processing systems.

This candidate will be responsible for assistance with design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of the platform used by the federal government.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

-10+ years experience with mainframe architecture
-experience with full-stack development and mainframe environment

Understanding of java code: java syntax, libraries, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience with other z/OS tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

MBI clearance

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
