We, ROC, a part of the global EG Group, are responsible for operating over 220 Esso gas stations throughout Germany.

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at our Esso Station in Munich (Lortzingstr. 20). We welcome career changers, retirees, and students for full-time, part-time, and minijob positions.

Your qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred, but career changers are also welcome
  • Customeroriented and serviceminded
  • Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Proficient in German
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and competent customer service
  • Sell gas station products and services
  • Manage cash and accounting using relevant systems
  • Prepare and present products in the backshop
  • Monitor inventory, inspect incoming goods, and present products in the shop
  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements, particularly in regards to health, safety, and hygiene
  • Create an inviting shop atmosphere
