How you contribute

  • Preparation of measurements and invoicing
  • Review of measurements from subcontractors
  • Cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with project management
  • Conducting target/actual comparisons and analyses in case of deviations
  • Supporting project-related correspondence in accordance with VOB (German construction contract procedures) in coordination with project and construction management

    • What you bring

  • Completed business studies or commercial training with relevant experience
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel), PDS desirable
  • Experience as a construction accountant or construction estimator
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping desirable
  • Organizational skills and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, teamwork and initiative
