Create Fascinating Things: Your Responsibilities
- Conceptual development of plant technology for administrative buildings and factory facilities, as well as rough sizing of plant sizes and capacities
- Recording of existing plants and identification of optimization measures
- Coordination with clients, architects, structural engineers, fire protection, energy efficiency regulations, and identification and implementation of optimization and cost-saving potentials
- Identification and application for funding from KfW and BAFA programs
- Conducting tenders and reviewing offers, preparing contracts
- Representing the client to specialist planners and contractors
- Project management during planning and construction with a focus on cost, schedule, and quality
- Reviewing and verifying invoices for individual trades, including change management
Bring Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
- Completed degree in building services engineering, supply engineering, or electrical engineering
- Knowledge of construction and contract law
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of CAD systems and tendering software is advantageous
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
- Confident and persuasive, with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and goal-oriented work style
