On behalf of the city of Wuppertal, WSW operates the city's sewage system and provides drinking water treatment and distribution for 360,000 people in Wuppertal.

WSW Energie & Wasser AG is part of the WSW Group with around 3,300 employees.

The network management and network service are located within WSW Energie & Wasser AG.

The "Pipeline Network" department is responsible for network inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the infrastructure for gas, water, and district heating within our "Network Management and Network Service" division.

We are currently seeking a

Group Leader Pipeline Network Maintenance (m/f/d)
for our Pipeline Network Maintenance department.

Your responsibilities:

Management of the group
Pipeline Network Maintenance Gas/Water
Operation management for the gas and water pipeline networks of all pressure levels, including troubleshooting and repair
Ensuring coordination of construction projects in the abovementioned infrastructures with contractors, WSW employees, authorities, and customers
Assessment of gas and water infrastructure, development and implementation of a maintenance strategy, and organization of maintenance and inspections
Introduction and monitoring of new equipment technologies, materials, and work procedures
Participation in the development of framework contracts for underground and pipeline construction
