The workshop for people with disabilities in Rothenburg o. d.

Tauber and Obernzenn (WfbM), with support centers and senior day care centers, offers over 200 people with disabilities individual support, work, and training opportunities at the Rothenburg and Obernzenn locations.

Your tasks

You will create graphic templates according to customer requirements and teach the basics to a group of people with disabilities, providing guidance and support.
With a lot of heart, you will instruct tasks in the work area based on the abilities of our people with disabilities.
You will create support plans and handle ongoing documentation in cooperation with the social services department.
You will be responsible for the timely and qualitycompliant execution and completion of production orders.
You will conduct quality and quantity controls as part of our quality management.
